Chancellor Gary S. May’s speaking appearances later this week include his State of the Campus address to the Academic Senate and a news conference regarding the forthcoming development of Aggie Square (the latter event to be livestreamed from the Sacramento campus).

• AGGIE SQUARE — The invitation-only news conference will be livestreamed starting at 9:30 a.m. Thursday (Feb. 21) from ���˽�������̳���� Davis Health. Look for the livestream on ���˽�������̳���� Davis’ and channels.

Aggie Square is an innovation center that ���˽�������̳���� Davis is developing in partnership with the city of Sacramento, and which will be located on university property in the Stockton Boulevard-Broadway corridor, near the southern end of the ���˽�������̳���� Davis Health campus. “Aggie Square harnesses the power of ���˽�������̳���� Davis and its partners to create educational and economic opportunities in Sacramento and beyond,” states the .

• STATE OF THE CAMPUS — This is also scheduled for Thursday, during the quarterly meeting of the Representative Assembly of the Davis Division of the Academic Senate. The assembly comprises departmental delegates, although all senate members are welcome to attend. Others in the campus community also are welcome to come hear the chancellor’s address.
